    My First Injection

    First one EVER bros, shot it in the leg about 10 min. ago 1/2cc fina(75mg/ml) & B-12 1/2cc (1000mcg/ml). Was an experiment to see if i could adminster the shot myself, No problem, was a little nervous but hell just a little pinch not bad at all. Now my question is, my leg is hurting like someone kicked me in it. it's bearable was just curious if this is normal, also i'm a little light headed.

    Welcome to the dark side.

    Legs hurt, and it takes some experimenting to find the sweet spot. If you hit the wrong spot, you'll see god for 5 days or more.

    Rub it, take a hot bath, all that good stuff. I find delts and glutes much more tolerable myself. And yes, you can do a glute yourself, it just takes some creativity.

    Get that test in there too bro. Happy growing!

    like humungous said i think glutes are the way to go... i haven;t felt a thing in any of my shots so far (not even the needle going in) kinda takes a little twisting but it's pretty easy... not much pain after either, just keep it in mind for you future shots, since you have to rotate up your spots..

    Get your girlfriend or wife to pop your shots in the glute. Simple and easy. She'll feel included. There is an odd internal mechanism that ****s with your mind when you first try to stick yourself. Something about self-preservation. But, after a few sticks, it is like riding a bike.

    I find that the first injection into a new muscle group usually hurts a bit. It hurts a little right after...but usually around 10-12 hours later it is pretty stiff and sore...that usually subsides by the next day.
    I did my first trap injection today and it hurt at first...now it just feels a little stiff (I love BD prop).

    Welcome aboard! Oh yeah...where the hell is the test in this???????

    i love shooting in the glutes but i experienced exsesssive(sp?) bleeding so i switched to the delts.....and goddanm i love it... i get so excited watching the juice go into my body....
