5 times a week (a bodypart per week) seriously for two years
This is going to be my second cycle. Did first one in December last year for eight weeks. Took Test Supension and Winstrol Depot and added some Decca at the end. Made some good solid gains and kept most.
After hours of intense research I have decided on the following cycling to start at the end of March. Diet will be high on protein, eating almost every three hours.
The goal is to put some good quality muscle that will remain after the cycle.
Week 1to 12 - 170mg Equipoise E3D
Week 1 to 13 - 300mg Test Cyp E3D
Week 1 to 4 - 45mg Dianabol ED
Week 12 to 14 –100mg Winstrol Depot E2D
Running 10mg Nolvadex right through cycle and at the end with Clomids (PCT)
My Questions
1. Any criticism on my cycle? Thoughts? Recommendations?
2. Is the Winstrol Depot dosages correct?
3. Would you run Clen after the cycle?
4. The only Clen that I can currently get hold of is in powder form. How is it administered and in what dosages??
5. I have HCG on hand (enough for three administrations) … of 1500 IU. Would you guys add it somewhere in between the cycle? Or just keep it as backup??
