I have QV 200mg/ml 10ml.
I am planning on using it alone at 200 mg per week.
This is my first cycle.
I am not looking for big gains just a boost while I get shredded for summer.
I am 5'10' 195lbs. Don't know my BF but I am pretty lean.
My question is:
Do I take all 200mg at once each week or do I break it up into 2 or 3 doses over the course of the week?
