Fina: How Is It Stored Before And After Conversion?

I read on a site where you purchase the finaplix -H pellets that youstore them in a refrigerator is this true? Also once converted to liquid form is it also stored refrigerated or room temp?

the pellets are refrigerated before they're converted.
And after conversion it's stored at room temp once it's made and in the vial.

If u have to store them in the fridge how do they get delivered to your door?? Dont mean to hijack but it seems like prevelent info to me Thanks Fuller
