not that effective....run it 50mg/ed

test cyp is taken 1 time every 7 days.. typically...
so it would build after 1 week you would have about 260mg in your blood..... and it would take 4 weeks to kick in...
that's why ppl will take test prop weeks 1-4 to jump start
