dbols before or durin or after meals?

sunday ill start to take dbols and monday will go with first inj of test enth... uuuuuhhh!
how should i take dbols with meals? just before, between one food and another one or after i finish with a full stomach? or is just the same?

Winstrol and Dbol are both pretty tough on your stomach, I made the mistake of not eatting and took a winnie tab. Painful experience, always take them with food.

swallow them, some people let them dissolve under their tongue thinking you absorb them better.....dont waste your time, just swallow them...

lol chewing dbols...these aren't exstacy, xanax, valium, soma, etc pills where chewing them will hit you harder and faster.
