Pain in the side
Quick question for any veterans out there. Hypothetically, when taking oral AS and one of a persons' normal side effects is some discomfort in the liver area. Is it true that when you work out more intensely, you will have less pain because your body is using more of the substance for muscle building? Or in contrast on light days or days off the pain is increased because more of the substance has to be filtered through the liver? I have a "friend" that it seems to work this way for and I was curious if anyone else has seen this.

Although you may very well be feeling the pain in that pattern, the reason for it isn't the one you gave. You shouldn't just accept liver pain as a normal side of orals either. If it's to the point where your feeling liver pain, you should look at some things.

Just a little paranoid, even with slight amounts of discomfort. Thanks.

If you are taking oral steroids it is going to be processed by the liver regardless of whether or not you work out that day. If you start feeling pains you should either a increase your water intake and check what your intaking as far as liver protectants ie. milk thistle. or b get off of it and just do some test injections which harm the liver very little.

I think your right, I don't drink enough water. Its always been a problem for me getting enough. Actually makes sense, the only time I drink a lot of water is on my heavy days. Thanks guys.
