Ripped To Shreds!!!
Can a juice head member please tell me what steroid is best to get ripped to shreds (2-3% bf). Everyone seems to say different things - EQ, Winny, etc. Ever seen the movie CYBORG? You know the bad dude, Fender (Vincent Klyn), that's how I want to look...noticeabley big, but ripped as ****!

it takes a bad ass diet over an extended length of time as well as cardio. No need for juice to be ripped. If you absolutely need juice though, look at a prop/tren /var cycle or prop/tren/winny as a helping item to getting you what you want

In answer to your question the key is diet and cardio.
I am following a strict diet, cardio 45mins 5 days a week on an empty stomach and using the glycemic index for my foods, i.e. oatmeal, brown rice etc.
In terms of gear I am using a prop/var/hGH cycle and will throw some T3 and/or clen in the future.Last edited by Bigun; 02-29-2004 at 08:39 AM.

bro 2-3 % body fat can only be obtained for a short amount of time. (contest) as it in not healthy to be that low!

Why does everyon think there is a magic pill that makes you ripped? It takes alot of dedication, nutrition knowledge and alot of cardio.

It is impossible to maintain a 2-3% level of BF.....It is extremely unhealthy.
Even 6% BF is pushing being unhealthy.

palme thats a bad ass dog man is it a pit or a cross pit mastif its difficult to tell on my monitor..
my freind had a beautiful pit cross matiff but sadly he was run down about two mounth ago.
his back end was squashed to peices but he kept on tryna get up nearly made it to but poor floyd had nerve damage and had to go for a long sleep.
I know that aint a question but a nice dog is somthing to acknolwedge

This may seem funny to some people, I don't compete I BB for the looks in the winter I bulk and spring/summer cut. I my house I have 3 electrical heaters plugged in with the main heating unit on I sleep with them on when cutting (drinking a lot of water of course) sweat all night in sleep, pee a lot too.
This is my sauna away from the gym

Try to remember too that those movies are to actors what the competitions are to BB, just as Jackman said about the BF%. He was probably juiced up as well for the movie. Don't get your hopes up and think that once you do a cutting cycle, that your permanently ripped. Never said it was impossible, just unlikely IMHO.
