    Please help!

    Hi i wonder how often i should inject DECA -DURABOLIN , once every weak 400mg! or twice a week 200 mg = 400 mg week! or dosent it matter? please help!

    Once a week isnt so bad ... but you will def be happier with twice a week. I had a friend who did one on his first cycle, then jumped to two on his second cycle. He said he wont go back down to one.
