I did my first shot of prop in my right glute yesterday, my question is how should I go about rotating my sites? The pain is managable, but I don't think I could work upperbody if I shot my shoulder. Is there a set pattern on how I should rotate sites?

ive heard a lot of different things on this. How often are you shooting each week. it is a good rule of thumb only to hit each site once a week so use that as a rule. Lets just say you are shooting everyday: Left quad, right quad, left glute, right glute, left delt, right delt. Of course you can shoot other places but from what i heard this is what a lot of people do. If you are shooting 3 times a week i would do left quad, right quad, right glute.Quote:

Try cutting it with something also massage the site and place a warm towel on it afterward, should help a bit.
I wouldnt hit the same spot any closer than every six days.... Rotate around....
