Every other day to keep the propionate levels as steady as possible. You could also get away with every 3rd, but I wouldn't run it that way.

If you were planning to run another test I would eliminate the sust because that will take alot of your guesswork out of the cycle. That's just me though.

yeah bro, EOD for sust. skip the sust and run the cyp.

Test prop is in sust already so taking more of it wouldnt be necessary. Like everyone else said EOD, or at the very least every 3rd day. Just run cyp or enanthate.

actually, i'm a big sustanon fan. it's my test of choice. i've had great results while using it. there are a lot of sus fans here, it's just not as user friendly as cyp or enanthate. and i never have pain with sust.

I liked my sus as well..and contrary to popular belief I injected 2x a week and had great results and I acutally know some pros who inject it 2x a week as well...but I think to maximize the result eod is best...or 3 times a week....

you need to inject the sust EOD. However, you can get away with injecting it twice a week if you inject a small amount of prop in between sust injections.... too much trouble, ill just stick with e
