    Some AS causes depression but ECA

    Anyone every heard of ephedra or caffiene or aspirin to cause mild depression

    I have heard it does, but never seen any evidence backing it up

    is there a big diffrence between ephedra and ephedrine?

    I have taken both for years and I'm never depressed.

    its just that i felt kinda emotional lately. Then i started back my eca, i was out for 2 weeks, and all of a sudden it was a lot better.

    Of course there was also a lot of other factors involved.

    Well, what were the other factors....... Maybe it was the other factors that made you depressed

    the only thing that i know is that people who take caffeine regularly or have high amounts in their diet suffer through depression and withdrawal when they don't get it.

    sort of like a cigarette smoker and the nicotine withdrawal.

    i don't see any reason why the eca would directly cause depression unless you are really stressed out or unable to sleep well at night.

    when i dont get my ephedrine before lifting i dont feel 100% to tell you the truth.im almost positive that i wouldnt be where i am now if it wasnt for the caffeine/ephedra, the trick is, if your looking for a good mental booster/energy booster in the gym, only take the eca stack only around 3 to 4 times a week.the more your at it, the less it works.
