2 weeks ago i retained so much water, and i had that puffy look. Well i lost all the water i had rerained this past week, all of it. Thankfully. So i went to weigh myself thinking that i would weigh a lot less. It turns out that i weigh 6 lbs more then i did when i was retaining water. One thing is for sure i have been eating liek a bear. Could i actually be gaining solid weight that i may not loose?
