Pre-cycle diet tops to bulk 20 lbs of muscle in 3 months
I am getting back into AAS after a couple of years off of it and out of the gym. I have been talked out of it by many members until I get some mass on me and start getting use to hitting the weights HARD.
What is the best diet anyone can recommend IN SPECIFIC for me. I am 6'1" and about 170... I thought I was 175 but I am smaller than I thought.
Any supplements recommended would be helpful as well...

I think a 50% carb 30% protein and a 20% fat intake is the way to go for mass. Take 1.5 grams of protein per lb/bw. That will be 30% of your calories. Do the math and figure out the rest. Divide it over 6 meals. Try adding 50 calories to 1 or more meals each month and that will help you gain steady weight.

Chicken titties, tuna, whole eggs, steak, turkey. Get your carbs from potatoes, yams, oatmeal, rice (brown), any complex carbs basically.

yeah it is....and contrary to popular belief you need to eat some crappy foods as well to get the added calories...most professional bodybuilders eat mcdonals and all that crap while bulking in offseason...it works well for me being that I used to have the same stats as you...I'd throw in a cheat meal every day or two...Go big and eat whatever you can get your hands on....

if calories is what you want try some carrot cake(about 1500 cal)and cheese cake(2000 plus calories) each small cake.not the best of calories but if bulk is what you want then you need as many calories as possable.gotta eat big to be big.

palequail is right, many years ago my stats were: 5'10" 118 @ 4% BF and getting the calories to grow, you need crappy food. I would do 8-10 meals day and it was: clean meal, then MRP, then crappy meal, then MRP and repeat. The limiting factor to everyones growth is food... not how much sh!t you can run.

If you really want to bulk, I would recommend eating anything you want as long as there is at least 20-30 grams of protein in it. For example, a pizza has mad calories but a neglible amount of protein. So if you eat a pizza, throw down a protein shake after to get your protein intake up. Big Mac=30 grams protein. KFC would be a good choice for you too. Lee Priest has been known to devour buckets.

Also, of these, which ones should I take at which times during the day? I know that some would be better pre workout and some post because of their ingredients. How many calories should I consume pre and how many for post? THANKS!
Also what about protein for pre and post?
