    Most time OFF ....

    Bro's,

Been off my last cycle for 2 1/2 months now. Was on a 14 weeker last of tren /test/halo. PCT went fine and the boys are back. Plan of starting up again soon.
My question is, I have been nursing back, shoulder, and knee problems since I've been off. Got so bad I stopped training almost 2 weeks ago. My body feels much better but my back bothers me now and then. Can't decide if I want to get training again ( or get healed completly ) now and start AAS a few weeks after that? Curious how long a break you guys have taken? Not diet though cause I kept that up very well throughout, just training. Preferable without loosing too much muscle? Have'nt lost anything yet, but curious on others expereinces? Thanks for the time...

I've taken 3 months off before w/ no lifting period.
My suggestion to you is to recover 100% then go back on.

i agree, it would suck to be 3 weeks into a cycle and realize you have to quit because of nagging injuries.
