Sust & Deca cycle

My last cycle i did 400 mg deca for 10 weeks and 500 mg sust for 10 weeks. i had awesome size and strength gains. The gains were quality too. I kept my diet up and kept lifting hard and kept all my strength. Only lost a bit of the mass.

if you did the same one last time, maybe you should try something different. have you thought of EQ instead of deca ? or, just run the sust/deca and up the sust to 250mg e3d or even 750mg/wk (250mg m-w-f).

My goal is to gain around 10 quality lbs. and be able to keep it. I ran sust last year and had decent results, but lost most of the mass after I came off. This time I'm going to add deca to assist in keeping quality muscle mass. Thanks for the advice guys.

im sorry, i read a different guys post and thought it was yours. yes, if you ran sust only then go ahead and try the deca

If I run sust 500mg/wk, and deca 400mg/wk for 10 weeks, is it really necessary to take some anti-estrogens, and be concerned with gyno?

Everyone is different you may not have any symptoms or you may be very prone to gyno. My best advice (i hope everyone agrees) is to keep some Anti Es onhand just incase your nipples get tender and itchy. good luck with the cycle

I didnt use anything post cycle and had no side effects. This does not mean you don't need to. That was my personal experience and my body may be different than yours.

I am pretty sure single ester tests are better at such low dosages....just switch to Test Ethan
