Sust, EQ and dbol

My current plan for my next cycle is 400 mg/week of EQ and 500 mg/week of sustanon , both for 10 weeks. I kind of want to add some dbol to the beggining so I get a jump start. How much dbol should I add?

30mg a day should be sufficient. The Eq needs to be run atleast 12weeks by the way.

why does eq need at least 12 weeks?

It takes a long time to kick in so you wont see the real benefits of it unless you run it atleast 12 weeks. You probably wont see gains till week 5-6 from EQ

I've never used oir had to use anything like nolvadex or clomid. How should I use the in this cycle?

20mg a day of nolve should be fine. Run it all the way thru pct and the clomid should be taken 17 days after the last shot.

Nova is a must 20mg ED unless your nipps start to hurt then up your dosage untill the sorness goes away.
