    ending a cycle?

    when endind a cycle of sust and winny what is the best way. i plan to take winny for two weeks past the sust. is it necessary for clomid or another supplement?

    yes you need clomid and nolva

    day 1 300mg clomid
    day 2-11 100mg clomid
    day 12-21 50mg clomid
    20mg nolva ED

    PCT is a MUST!!!!!!!

    Sus has a 3 week half-life...... You should run the winny 3 weeks past sus so that the winny is ran up to PCT.

    Like Consistency you need to use clomid and nolva after the cycle.
