Cutting question for the experienced
I just finished an eight week test/fina cutter, and I'm starting clomid on Monday. I kept my caloric intake to 1800cals the whole way through it. I had great results, but want to continue cutting. I'm at about 14% now, and I started at about 22%. I want to get down to 10%, but naturally. I obviously can't keep my cals at 1800, because I will lose all my strength and mass gains. So, how do I do this? This is a very important question for me, so please be thorough.

you dropped from 22% bf to 14% from a cutting cycle of prop/fina????? i've seen results like that before.. not to flame but it seems that u already now how to cut since you achieved such awesome results. i was able to drop 2%bf and gain 9lbs of lean mass from a 8 week fina 75mged/prop50mg ed cycle

Your answer can be found in the Diet Section. Scour through old threads. Tons of good info regarding dropping bodyfat.
You gotta be willing to give up some strength and mass dieting down naturally. Its part of the process. A good diet will prevent you from losing a lot of hard earned muscle.
Keep in mind, diet is everything, especially for someone training naturally!
