1-3.5 d-bol 30mg/day (stopped early)
1-10 Sust E3D

Started at 177 5 and half weeks in, I'm 191. around 10%BF
Weight has not changed in two weeks.

Two days after stopping the d-bol my weight dropped 1lb/day for about 5 days. It came back, but I haven't gained a bit in almost two weeks.
I'm training hard...maybe too hard...I'm going to go from 6 to 5days /week in the gym. My diet is great. I'm stuffing myself with good foods all day long. (Grocery bill far outweighs the cost of my gear)

I'm wondering if my Sust is underdosed...maybe way underdosed. Its Tokyo Labs Sust in the 5ml bottles. I'm thinking it was maybe diluted and recapped??? I'm getting some strength gains, but I'm not "feeling" it that much.

Should I wait it out and finish as planned or go EOD, and see if it helps. (I'll have enough sust of another brand to finish 10 weeks)

sustanon doesnt kick in for 4-5 weeks anyways that's probably why. Youre supposed to stay on dbol 4-5 weeks as the kicker until the test kicks in. How many mg of sustanon EOD are you doing?

Right now I'm 1ml E3D, but I was thinking of trying 1ml EOD, only because I think my sust might be diluted.

How many mg/ml is it? You should be doing it EOD. In my opinion Sustanon is just a terrible drug anyways for keeping consistant levels and holding or reaching a saturation phase. It causes to many spikes in the system and causes side affects and hinders gains. I would try Test E or Test Cyp next time. Kick with prop or dbol .

Wait a another week or two and see what happends. Keep EOD injections and make sure your calorie intake is enough to feed the muscles.

Sust actually kicks in the first day. The prop ester anyways. Cyc and Enanth does take a full 3-4 weeks to level off.

At 30mg's its useless.
