    really retarded question :)

    My Dbol and Nolva are in caps (I know they are both legit, good stuff )

    Should I swallow them whole or is there any advantage to chewing and allowing their content to be released right away?

    I would think you would want to slow the Dbol down if anything....Would hate for you to take more than 3-4 pops per day
