Injectable Var

Bro's,
I was thinking about taking some injectable var in my test prop/eq cycle. My question is would 30 mg ed be sufficient? And is injectable var less liver toxic than the oral?

if its the SL var, you can drink it instead of injecting it. i would go with 40 mgs ed.
