every sunday take 2cc of supertest (500mg)
(1 week on 1 week off) take 3 clenbuterol tabs daily spaced out during day
do the 1 0n 1 0ff take for one week skip a week prevent crash
do this cycle for ten weeks
oh yeah for even better gains inject 2500iu hcg every three weeks during cycle and 5000iu twice 7 days apart at end of cycle
