i plan to do my second cycle in a couple of months, so tell what u guys think.


1-11 test enanthate 400mg per week
1-10 deca 200 mg per week
nolva 20 mg per day throughout cycle and for post cycle
14 days after last injection of test/deca.......pct of clomid
clomid will be 300mg ( day 1)
100mg ( day 2-11)
50mg ( day 12-21)

stats:

age 26
height 6'1
weight 167 lbs
bf 12%

1st cycle was 200mg of deca for 9 weeks, i know that wasn't the best choice for a 1st cycle, but now i want to make sure i do this one rite.

Looks pretty good but I have a few pointers. Bump the Test to 500mg a week. Its easier to measure that way and its more common to run it like that. Also you can bump the deca to 400mg a week if you want, that is if you have enough to do so. Some people will run nolva at 10mg ED but I have seen people also do 20mg.

As for the opinion that you should bump up the quantities...horsesh!t!
NEVER DO MORE THAN THE MINIMUM NEEDED TO GROW! SIDES ARE DOSE RELATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

thanks guys, i was actually debating whether or not to bump up the deca to 300mg. one other question, u guys know if im suppose to continuing taking nolva during the 14 days between my last injection and the pct?
