Basicaly i have to work only 4 days a week but it's the 7pm to 7am shift which screws everything up. I usually get home around 7:30am and go to bed waking up around 12 or 1pm so I'm just getting like 4-5 hours sleep on the days I work. Given that info, I also find that I struggle to eat as much or as well as i should because by the time I've woken up and gotten lunch ready it's almost 2pm then i have to head off to work by 6pm so I usually have 2 meals a day only which sucks big time. Any suggestions on types of foods I should try making to take with to work that would give my my necessary nutritional intake? Keep in mind I'll be starting a fina cycle soon as well.
