they do two different things, you can use them both during the cycle and use nolva and clomid post cycle therapy
every cycle i use 10mg nolva ED and .25mg ldex ED

I use both during cycle.....10mg Nolva/day and 50mg Proviron/day.....one is a SERM and the other blocks the receptor.

Provrion stops production and Nolva fills the receptor site. Proviron is also used by men to help w/sexual dysfunction....less estrogen = stiff woobie.
