i like to bulk from Sep-Dec...then Cut from March-May....Summer off...

many of my friends, have no seasonal preferance...it is whether or not you wanna be lean for swimsuit season or not.........otherthan that, I don't even care....but I run everyday anyways, so bulking fo me is adding on like 3-5%bodyfat putting me at or around 10-12%

most if not all of the bodybuilding competitions in my area are in the summer so I start cutting no later than March first to prep for them. Un less I want to add some serious mass then I will take a year off and bulk the whole time.
I only cut during the summer if I'm single- so far this summer will be bulk season.
I bulk year round and cut when i get too fat. I'm not single so no need to impress the girls in the summer.
Doesn't matter, there are no seasons here.
Right now i plan on doing a bulking cycle in march-may, and again in oct-dec. I want to put on a good amount of mass before i cut and i plan on doing this unless i gain too much fat in that time which i dont plan on doing. Then i will follow it up with a cutter in late spring ready for next summer. I think that it has more to do with people goals at certain times. If one is too fat but its winter it doesnt mean one still has to bulk, and if it is summer and one is already lean it doesnt mean that he still has to cut since it is summer.
bulk all the time, getting the idea of trying to cut bodyfat for women just fux me up way too much. keep your head in the game and you can achieve anything.
