I've just read a few posts sayin that fina gains are much more difficult to retain then deca gains over a period of time, i thought it was the total opposite....which one is it??
Which are easier to keep fina or deca please explain.

its just as difficult to keep all of the gains made on any cycle. you need proper PCT, proper nutrition, and an intense training schedule.
you will lose more water after a deca cycle, so it could be deceptive since fina doesn't produce ungodly retention. fina is a stronger compound, so the rebound might be greater for some, but i have never had a problem before.
From experience I can tell you, that with the exception of the Water loss, I would have to say that is correct, Deca is known for keeping gains....However I don't think the difference is as much as the writer of the article may imply. So I wouldn't say "Much More" as he does, but nonetheless I would say he is correct.Originally Posted by dirtyluke1

I lost very little of the bodyweight gains from tren. I did lose a good bit of strength however. I also lost very little from deca, I retained almost no water while on. Overall, I would say they are very similar.
