I wanted to know How important it is to take Nolvadex during ure cycle. I am on sustanon 500mg/week and fina 75EOD( on my 7th week). If i take nolvadex Would it not lower the anabolic effects of sustanon and fina. But i would like to keep fina in my cycle but how much should i take to still keep the effects of steroids. I need some help here
Some say that it may make your gains less but most will agree that if it is any it is minimal. Nolva throughout the cycle is also something that people disagree on but most that dont just dont find it necessary but i like to take it before i see symptoms so i take it throughout
i would say 10mg ed would suffice
I think it's a Myth, I have never noticed any lack of gains on Nolva.
It's dirt cheap, why chance it??
Go 10mg ED for starters.
I do heavy doses, so I like 20mg, or 10mg with .25 -.5 L-Dex.

well poeple will tell you ytou can take 10 mg's a day throughout...some people will tell you not to take it untill you see symptoms of gyno...im assuming you know what to take if u do happen to get gyno.
