I first wanted to thank everyone who helped me with my Q' about the time it takes to see results on my current cycle (EQ/Cyp) I am half way through my fourth week and FINALLY I see/feel some changes. Again thanks for the advice and encouragement to hang in here, This board rocks!

Bench about 225 for 8 reps
After about four weeks, I have been able to push the bench up to 235 about 10 times, my weight is at 220lbs and I haven't checked my bf. I can FEEL myself getting strong. HERE WE GO
