I think it literally gets harder and harder for me to reach them each week. I feel like I'm practically shooting in my da*n hip to reach. Was shooting today, aspirated, first time I ever got blood, so knew this was a bad sign. So I move over about an inch, and after that it must have taken me about 3 min. to shoot, needle moving all over in and out, I was having one hell of a time reaching, looks like it's time to start going in more user friendly places :p

Gluts used to be tuff for me too. Try this technique, it works for me.
For Left Glut:
- hold needle with right hand using thumb & index finger and swing your hand around your back to your left glut
- have your palm facing away from you body and needle pointing to you left cheak.
- now use your left hand to operate the plunger, and your right hand for insertion and guiding.
- standing near a mirror helps too.

2. jam directly into @ss
jab your shoulder bro, so easy never feel a thing. i used just be a glute man, but never bother now. just shot in lats, shoulders, legs and arms.
