    Question Suck or Swallow D-bol?

    I got 50mg d-bol pills, im cutting them in 1/4, should i swallow them or let em dissolve in my mouth?

    i suck on mine...just me though...if im at work i just pop it and swallow...so i do both...depends on my mood

    dbol is not a sublingual and is not processed until it gets to the liver so it does not really matte whether you chew it or swallow it. It will be in your system fully in about 1 1/2 hours regardless.

    I just popped mine in and downed with water........guess whichever u perfer, it really doesn't matter.

    well some say that by holding under the toungue, it gets absorbed thru ur lymphatic (saliva) system and therefore is absorbed, better, faster, and away from the liver, or at least a little. Just my .02
