    HCG and usage ?

    I'm getting ready to start a cycle of HCG . Is it alright just to use HCG or do I need to use something else to help me produce the growth that I want. I am 6'0 and 175. I want to gain about 10 pounds of muscle. I am new with this program so someone please help me out. Thanks....

    HCG won't help you grow 10 pounds of muscle.
