Completely depends on the test ester, just like ChefJ indicates. What is the test you are running?

Actually, you should be fine dividing the injections up, so long as the test is NOT test-prop or test-base. I believe all of the other test esters are sufficiently long enough to allow e3d or e4d injections. Test prop and test base should be shot ED, and at the minimum eod.

I would divide the shot into two shot weekly. 250mg on mon 250mg on thursday. I feel that it is better than one shot and helps keep blood levels constant

Exactly what i was thinking......My first time doing enanthate I injected 400mg every 5 days but i think it would have been better if i injected 250mg on mon and thurs.

depends on your gear. i have 250mg/ml/cc test enanthate. You can find 500mg/ml.
