my first cycle
hi people,
a little background before i ask my query. i am 6" and weigh 70kgs. i'm quite thin for my height. i have a good appetite and work out regularly.
my problem is that i want to grow big, but i'm only interested in doing one cycle. reason being, i'm assuming that the cycle will help me become bigger, and i'll maintain it by working out regularly. i'm aware that i will lose quite a bit of the mass that i put on.
i want to know, what will be the best cycle for a first timer, assuming it will be my last as well because i'm looking for a small but significant increase in mass.

How old are you? How long have you been working out? What is your typical diet like in a day?

i guess i forgot to tell u all
i'm 20 yrs old and i have been working out for nearly 1 1/2 yrs now. my workout routine is basically high weights, low reps and i concentrate on 1 body part a day.
i consume a lot of meat everyday, and eat about 4 times a day, i also make a protien shake and consume it after working out in the evenings. all in all.. i think i eat properly, but still do'nt see significant results.
i guess i have given al the information, i hope u can suggest a cycle that will benefit me
