The other day i injected into the delt. As i was injecting (23g 1inch) i hit something and felt a surge shoot down my arm, so i just pushed in further, aspirated...no blood and finished up. After the injection i didn't think nothing of it, but five mins later my delt swelled up like a balloon????

Kinda sounds like a nerve. You'd know though if you point-blank hit a nerve and did any real damage I'd think.

well its swollen as fuck, but that might just be from the concentration of the test 300mg/ml. but i haven't lost any sensation or had any problems.

Has it bruised since? If so, you may have gone through a vein as well, but not bled through. If you haven’t lost any sensation in your shoulder, it's probably not going to be a problem. I've done it myself lots of times. Did you try icing it?

No one has suggested that you hit a blood vessel yet. That seems to fit the symptoms to me. I've done it a number of times.
