Summer cycle please critique
Here is a planned summer cycle can everyone critique it:
w1-15 400m cyp
w5-20 400m eq
w5-12 100m fina ed
w13-20 winnie 50m eod
I need help also with running post recover. ( clomids & hcg )

whoa...you got your half lives all fukked up...let me help
1-15 400mg eq
1-15 400mg cyp
1-8 100mg tren ed (8 weeks min)
12-18 50mg winny ed...not eod
start pct 3 weeks after your last eq and cyp shot, and 2 days after your last winny shot or oral consumption...in the beggining of week 19 in other words...
run clomid day 1- 300mg, day 2-10 100mg ed, day 11-21 50mg ed...hcg could be used during, dont think it will help with the actual pct

sh!t i keep forgeting things...one of those days...
i would leave the winny out if i were you...its not needed if your running cyp...save it for a prop cycle...
what are your goals of this cycle, stats, and experience???..forgot the most important part before i jumped into your question

I think you can also end up with tren ....weeks 13-20
I would also bump the cyp to 500mg/week, to keep it higher than the eq.

Cold Stone...I just finished a short cycle 10wks drol for 50 days and cyp 400mg for 10 weeks. Looking to add some lean mass while staying tight for the summer. 5'6, 191, I don't know my body fat but its got to be less than 10%. Numerous cycles under my belt, but always trying to change it up every year. looking to get a solid 10-15 lbs by august, is that possible. should i cut the carbs down or kep them level to keep my energy up. what do you think i should do diet wise. sorry to be a pest, just like to hear different opinions.

if you just want 10-15 pounds of LBM i would do this...
1-15 400-500mg Cyp EW
1-15 400-500mg EQ EW
1-10 75mg Tren ED
run nolva and l-dex throughout as your anti e's to keep the bloat and water retention down from the cyp. Start pct 3 weeks after your last shot of cyp and EQ (clomid and Nolva)...
This should give you atleast 10 solid pounds considering your diet and training is on.

diet wise...do what works...i keep moderate carbs when on cycle, but carb up in my PWO meal, and PPWO meal...
if you keep your cals around 3500 ed @ 200 pounds you should still gain, slowly, but surely
