What have you run in the past?
D
What have you taken and at what dosages?
Start with a moderate dosage of Test for 8-10 weeks.
20? To young. IF you haven't had good results and you know your gear was good, then you should look at your diet. Did you ever run PCT?

Just thought I would check and see...
I agree! 20 is too young and you are at risk of closing your growth plates causing future damage and limitation's. I would look more to diet and excersise for your answers. You want high protein diets ( 1-2 grams per pound ) ie... you weigh 200lbs you should be consuming 200grams of protein per day. Don't forget about your carbo's, you need them for bulk and energy. Don't go lifting 7 days a week, twice a day either. I would say at your age get in there about 4 times a week. Don't be affraid to go back to the basic's and lower weight so you can get your form down. Once you have form and your goals set, lift like a power house. People don;t get big by lifting p u s s y weight 100times. Go up in weight everytime you lift and push yourself to the max.
If you want something bad enough you will find a way to get there. Right now at your age, AS is not the way...
