Help me
Hey. ive been taking roids before but never got any good results. can somebody tell me what to take and what not to take??? i´m 20 years old and weights 79kilo...

20? To young. IF you haven't had good results and you know your gear was good, then you should look at your diet. Did you ever run PCT?

I agree! 20 is too young and you are at risk of closing your growth plates causing future damage and limitation's. I would look more to diet and excersise for your answers. You want high protein diets ( 1-2 grams per pound ) ie... you weigh 200lbs you should be consuming 200grams of protein per day. Don't forget about your carbo's, you need them for bulk and energy. Don't go lifting 7 days a week, twice a day either. I would say at your age get in there about 4 times a week. Don't be affraid to go back to the basic's and lower weight so you can get your form down. Once you have form and your goals set, lift like a power house. People don;t get big by lifting p u s s y weight 100times. Go up in weight everytime you lift and push yourself to the max.
If you want something bad enough you will find a way to get there. Right now at your age, AS is not the way...

How many kilo in a pound? 79 kilo... I hope you ain't gettin sand kicked in yer face, young brother... of 79 kilo.
