i got some white tabs of nolvadex, how many mg's are they per pill because my friend who gave them to me was not sure, and also will they help with water retention, if i want to get rid of some water how much should i take per day and for how long?

10-20mgs e/d. There are plenty of threads in here that explain nolva dosages.
