Help with First CYCLE

current cycle

weeks 1-13 Test E 500mg week
weeks 1-12 EQ 400mg week
PCT 2 weeks after last test e shot.

Its been 3 weeks gained 11 pounds, my trainer whos into steroids, is trying to convience me to take DECA at 300mg's a week. I don't know if i should do it? Anyone???

if its your first cycle i say no way save it for next time.....
