Hey bros....Just started back on AS after being off a year. Using SL test en...suppose to be great stuff, can't wait for the next few weeks to go by.

But, DAM, my as$ is swollen and hurts like a mofo. Just did the second shot last night, so now my entire as$ is sore. Being off a year, I forgot how fricking sore the first few shots can be.

Everyone remind me that my as$ being swollen, warm and very tender to the touch (no redness or anything though) is normal and that it gets better. Right now I'm hurting just sitting at my desk. The pain has spread thoughout my entire upper as$ cheeks to my tailbone and to my hip on the sides.

It does get better, only a couple of more weeks and everything should be fine.

give it some time....also heating he area works to speed up the healing

ii had that happen to me my first few weeks... a heating pad and lots of massaging (even though it hurts ) helps out a ton!! also it could be the part of your a ss you shot it in i noticed when i do it more toward the hip it tends to knot up more...

It will go away, just think how much you will grow and that should be an insentive. Why dont you cut it with something?

thanks for the reminder guys! I know it's all worth it...just sometimes (like right now when I can barely stand up and walk) you wonder a little bit why we put our bodies through everything that we do! Oh yeah...to grow...to grow big....whatever big is!!??
