Thats the key is how much you keep. It seems a good PCT will net most people about a 15 lbs keepable gain for a normal 7 to 10 week cycle... forget all this you hear about 20-25 lbs gains... when you go off cycle, there is some loss and of course water bloating goes away.Quote:

good PCT and determination for hitting the weights hard after coming off the gear.....not being lazy is the key.... eat right as well....don't slack!!....u should do fine if you follow the basics of what i said!!
