Ok to use Arimidex & Nolv ?

Can I use Arimidex and Nolvadex at the same time? Or will this hinder my gains??
What dosages should I get the Arimidex for a whole cycle?
1 pack 1 Mg 28 Tablets(28 Tablets )
2 pack 1 Mg 28 Tablets (56 Tablets)
3 packs 1 Mg 28 Tablets (84 Tablets)

Which one is good enough for a whole cycle??
I know it says to take .25 a day, how do you take it?? cut it up?? I have no clue, so I sound kinda dumb.

I think .25mg of arimidex, and 10mg of nolva a day could basiclally guarantee no gyno. Unless androgenic doses are in "EXCESS" of 1 gram.

It should be Ok but Nolva can hinder gains and if you are takin Arimidex there seems little point in taking Nolva
