As many of us know there have been reports saying that mountain dew kills sperm or something like that. Would mountain dew hinder recovery during PCT>?

i think thats a myth bro
yellow dye #5 has supposedly been found responsible for lowered sperm counts, but i dont think mountain dew would hinder pct in any way...

Never heard the mountain dew rumor before however, it sounds like a load of sh*t to me. Got a friend drinks nothing but dew and he has 3 kids.....you be the judge!![]()
there the mail man's kids. Naw just kidding. But even if it was a rumor, but turned out to be true do you think it would slow down recovery. I am not sure if yellow five kills sperm that have already been made or if it prohibits their production

can't remeber were but i read about a color die, i think it was red-somenumber that they discovered caused cancer many years ago. so it is possible with the yellow-5 but i've never heard of it.
moutain dew is now being marketed as a controceptive from what i hear.......check your local cvs or walgreens for details......WF sux, go ILLINI
I found this in the april 2004 issue of men's health, its kind of funny that it popped up after i started a thread about it:
""Myth of the month" - Mountain Dew lowers your sperm count. FALSE. Wishful teens hope that tartrazine aka. yellow dye number 5, makes dew the ultimate contraceptive, but unfortunately the stuff comes out the same way it goes in - yellow and with no side effects, says Fredrick Sweet, Ph.D., a professor of reproductive biology at Washington University. "There's nothing in tartrazine that is biologically active,"says sweet"
