    Difference between Phenyl Prop and Decanoate?

    Hello,

    what is the difference between Nandrolone Phenyl Prop and Nandrolone Decanoate? half-lives? potency? thanks!

    half life.... npp has a shorter half life than decanoate.

    technically potency as well, the npp will build up faster in your system and mg for mg its going to be more effective because of the ester weight.
