whats goin on?
ive been lifting on and off for a couple years now and just recently had a friend who went on a cycle and saw tremendous gains.....i myself have never givin it thought until i saw his results. i have a great build to start with

wk 7-12 winni
im just wondering if this is a good first cycle. what should i watch out for and need to no about test and wini..
