    Help....

    Plz dont not go nuts when i ask this question, this is going to be my 1st cycle and i plan on taking whinny and deca y do i need to take test also?

    Your not even 20 yrs old yet.....hold off and train natural for awhile longer.Get your diet down pat,and in the meantime you can learn more about AS.

    I would stay clean for a little longer, but I know you wont so please take at least 300mg of test a week with that cycle and get some Nolvadex .
