is TAURINE 500 from gnc a good source of taurine while taking clen? they are 500mg tabs...is that enough mg's per day??

no, in the clen handbook it says to take 3-5 grams aday. I bought mega taurine caps from allsportsnutrition which are 1000mg a day and for the same 50 cap bottles you only pay like a buck or two more than gnc's crap. I take 5-7 mega caps a day thats 5 to 7 grams depending on how the clen is making me feel

thanks -- i will prob pick up the bigger bottle then...if not, then i will get 2 of the smaller bottles...better to have more and not need it, than to need it and not have it...

no because you need 5000mgs per day, i guess you could eat 10 tabs a day and be ok but i think there are cheeper altenatives for you.
