No matter what cycle is being used I have always read that DIET is the key to success and real results. I dont know much about dieting for a cycle. I am looking to gain lean muscle. I am 6'3 177 what is a recommended diet and what calorie intake do I need? Is there a site where I can see sample diets. I am not on a cycle right now, in a few months will do Test/Deca. I posted in the diet forum they just told me to look at the stickie. Not enough info there.
