Prolactin related to Dht production?

this site claims that "prolactin is linked to the production of dht". what's the deal with that? anyone ever heard of this?

I saw a study testing finasteride for effects on the prostate. They measured prolactin levels too and found no change upon administration of finasteride.
I saw another study in which they castrated rats (why, I don't remember). They mentioned prolactin levels after castration were unchanged.
